qualified to practice law in the Republic of Slovenia. Law Firm Ketler & Partners l.f. LLC is a member of
Karanovic Verein, an association of independent law firms established under Swiss Law.

Together with the other members of the same association are part of the regional legal practice in Southeast
Europe, with tradition spanning two decades and cooperating offices in Albania (Tirana), Bosnia and Herzegovina (Banja
