Biography
Marko is a Senior Partner and has strong expertise in advising clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, equity investments, restructurings, acquisition and project financings. Marko regularly assists domestic and international corporations with various matters related to Slovenian corporate and banking & finance law, often involving multiple jurisdictions and complex structures and relations.
